1.1 Due to the nature of our products (handmade pickles, snacks, etc.), we do not accept returns once the product is delivered. 1.2 We encourage you to read product descriptions and storage instructions carefully before placing an order.
2. Refund Policy
2.1 Refunds are only applicable under the following circumstances:
You received a wrong item
The product is damaged or defective upon delivery 2.2 To be eligible for a refund, you must:
Notify us within 24 hours of receiving the product
Provide clear images of the damaged/incorrect item 2.3 If your request is approved, the refund will be credited within 7-10 business days to your original method of payment.
3. Replacement Policy
3.1 If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund, based on stock availability and customer preference. 3.2 Replacements are dispatched within 2-3 business days after approval.
3.3 All the replacement orders are delivered within 4 to 5 business day.
4. Non-Refundable Situations
4.1 Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:
You changed your mind after placing the order
Incorrect address or contact details provided
Failure to collect the package after delivery attempts
